Universal Status Tag
Status tag attaches to all types of workplace equipment and is used to advise employees when the equipment is Good to Go following a pre-use inspection
Manufactured from tough, durable and weather resistant polypropylene
Size 120mm(h) x 52mm(w) x 13mm(d)
The channeled base allows a flush fitting onto scaffold tubes and is also pre-drilled giving it multiple fixing options including screws, cable ties or adhesive
Highly visible yellow design ensures staff are reminded to complete pre-use checks
Once a checklist is completed it should be placed inside the tag to show the current status - either Good to Go or Do Not Use
When tag is empty the window displays a 'Do Not Use' message
Tamper Evident Seals
Manufactured from highly visible blue acetal
An optional extra for use with the Status Tags to maximise security and authenticity
Arrow head is inserted into the top of the Status Tag and the neck has been hollowed in order to help the seal to snap easier when pulled forward
Using the seals ensures the findings within the Status Tag are not tampered with and the correct status is always shown
Breaking the seal clearly indicates that a new equipment inspection checklist needs completing

A useful accessory to protect the Good to Go Inspection Check Book from general wear and tear whilst in use
The Inspection Check Book slips into a secure sleeve on one side of the wallet and on the other side there are useful guidance notes regarding the Good to Go Safety system
