NiteGlo Rigid 

• 1mm thick photoluminescent rigid plastic used across our safety sign range
• Exceeds PSPA Class B for ‘after-glow’ / ‘glow in the dark’ properties
• Easy to punch / drill or apply with adhesive tabs / no nails adhesive
• Extremely durable and long-lasting

NiteGlo Self Adhesive Vinyl 

• Flexible photoluminescent material backed with permanent adhesive layer for easy fixing
• Exceeds PSPA Class B for ‘after-glow’ / ‘glow in the dark’ properties
• Quick and easy to apply to smooth / clean surfaces (indoor use recommended) 

2mm Polycarbonate 

• A seriously strong sign making material (used in riot shields and many building applications)
• Safety message is printed ‘sub-surface’
• Provides protecting from vandalism and a virtually unbreakable sign solution
• Weather & UV resistant
• Matt surface helps to minimise glare
• Use indoors or outdoors 

1mm Rigid Plastic

Self-Adhesive Vinyl 

• Our most economical sign material, used extensively across our sign range
• Gloss finish with a permanent adhesive backing for quick and easy fixing
• Mainly for use indoors, but can be used in outdoor situations that provide cover / shelter
• For best results apply to clean, dry surfaces 

1mm Aluminium 

• White powder coated aluminium is suitable for both internal and external applications
• Scratch & solvent resistant and particularly suitable for building sites and other exposed environments
• Offers a durability option / pricing point between rigid plastic and polycarbonate 

1mm Reflective Aluminium 

• Used for our temporary road traffic / site traffic management signs
• Improves visibility and communication of safety messages
• (also sometimes referred to as 20/22 gauge Zintec plate)
• Aluminium plate with 3M engineering grade (Class RA1) reflective sheet 

2mm Aluminium 

• A white-faced powder coated aluminium material used for our ‘Fire Assembly Point’ sign range
• Increased plate thickness improves dimensional stability and enables sign plate to be post mounted
• Supplied with sign fixing channel to reverse for post mounting
• Excellent durability 

3mm Aluminium with Class RA1 3M reflective face 

• 7 year life span – used for our road traffic signs
• Class RA1 reflectivity to help improve safety on private sites and car parks
• Very strong sign plate, supplied with sign fixing channel to reverse for post mounting 

3mm Aluminium with Class R2 3M reflective face 

• High intensity prismatic reflective material with 12 year life span
• Used on our road traffic signs
• Suitable for use on public highway or for site areas with higher risk
• Very strong and durable, offers excellent safety / value over longer life span
• Supplied with sign fixing channel to reverse for post mounting 

5mm Rigid Plastic 

• Hard wearing, yet lightweight material used for larger format signs due to the extra rigidity and dimensional stability
• Used for our double-sided and construction site board sign ranges
• Warp resistant and durable 

Anti-slip Self Adhesive Vinyl 

• A sub-surface printed safety sign for application to smooth, indoor floor surfaces
• Safety message is over laminated in a hard wearing anti-slip polycarbonate film
• A useful way to display safety messages in factories, warehouses and hospitals etc.
• We recommend the use of a floor primer and sealer for improved adhesion and product longevity 

Face Adhesive Vinyl 

• Used across our safety sign and glass aware sign ranges
• The adhesive layer of the sign is on the printed face – allowing the sign to be applied to glass and be visible from the other side
• Most typically used to place a no smoking message front of house which cannot be tampered with from the outside
