- Each holder displays a prohibition notice, visible when there are no inserts in place - Message reads: DO NOT USE UNITL DAILY CHECK HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT OR FORKLIFT TRUCK REPAIRED
- Inserts are double sided. Oneside shows a checklist for reference while the other allows up to 32 inspection records
